Spa Policies
•Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment for packages. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment.
•GST and gratuities are not included in the advertised prices.
•An 18% gratuity will be added for groups of 4 or more, and for spa packages and dual spa days over 2hrs.
•Mountain Spa accepts cash, debit, visa and master card.
Gratuities are left to the discretion of the client.
•Gift Certificates do not include tips unless otherwise indicated.
•Cancellations are required to be at least 12 hours prior to appointment time. A message can be left after hours.
•For spa packages a credit card number is required to hold the booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the service price will be charged for no prior notice of cancellation.
